The Powerhouse Retail Group is one of the 26 Groups of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme (ESPS). The Scheme is an industry wide pension Scheme comprising companies formed on privatisation of the electricity industry.
The Scheme is established under irrevocable trusts and its provisions are set out in the Clauses and Rules set out in the Scheme document. As with other Groups the Powerhouse Retail Group has its own Schedule to the Scheme which contains details of the various provisions which apply specifically to the Powerhouse Group and its members.
